1. Update on Order Support

You must forward any order to us within 72 hours of receiving it from your customers or the respective platform. Placing the order after 72 hours may create issues.

2. Account Status on Selling Platforms

Please note that if any account or payment is held by the platform on which you are selling, we will not be responsible. You will need to wait until the platform releases or settles the payment.

3. Refunds on Returns or Lost Shipments

We will refund you for any returns, and the amount will be credited to your wallet. This amount can only be used to process future orders in any country. It will not be transferred back to your bank account.

4. Closing Business or Wallet Balance Settlement

If you wish to close your business with us, please email us and arrange an account on any platform, in any country where we operate, so we can settle the outstanding amount by processing new orders.

If any additional refund occurs after reinvestment, the refund amount will be transferred to the bank account you have provided.

The maximum time required to close the business is three months. If the process is not completed within this period, we will return all refund stock to the address provided.

5. Legal Disputes

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Telangana only.
